Rerolling doctor gives you the wrong items

Rerolling gives generic shop items as well as the shop's exclusive items. Maybe you just got bad luck?
I find it strange that you didn't get any of the doctor's items, but I'm not sure if it's a bug or bad luck

just bad luck, rerolling gives random snacks and drinks along with some special items from the shop.
