Random Hitbox Shenanigans

**Description: **Hitboxes are funky. Sometimes you get counted as getting hit when not getting hit, sometimes you count as not getting hit when you get hit, and even sometimes V's Necklace activates even when you haven't been counted as hit or taken damage.

its your ping or its the game just lagging. there are a few times i would dodge out of an explosion just to get hit randomly cause of lag the hit to player sometimes doesnt register correctly
