gun quirk applies when not equipped

the bug is about exists but playable (it very much helps more than hurts)
it just applies the quirk of my 3rd gun always when im not equipping it and i do not know how it applies to my weapons
the only error in the console was being unable to cast to dictionary

idk how but for what ever reason its is now applied to both my 1st and 3rd weapon's quirks on to me even tho they are equipped

though its mainly the speed boosting quirk and the passive quirks that happens after a certain thing is achieved
