im so bad at phrasing questions
hi i'm new, i apologize if this is a silly question. i installed the debug mod and i see that there are some keybinds, but how do i interact with the buttons at the top of the screen, and how do i create new keybinds?
oh and also it says dreamgate.dat not found, what do i do about that?

I have a few questions
1-will I have to find the lever to open dirtmouth's stag station somewhere randomly?
2-How do I use benchwarp? my only unlocked stag stations are dirtmouth and Queen's garden but I can't go further without the dash or the double jump which means I'm stuck

hey @hollow cloak while you're here, can you just confirm that sseadv works exactly the same as spritepacker when packing sprites?
as in, if i just watch the spritepacker tutorial i can do the same things for sseadv?

currently the "load all" feature doesn't exist so you need to separately go to the file with the right sprite (a lot of them are in resources.assets tho)

yup. modifying C# stuff from unity isn't hard, but anything in FSMs from playmaker are more difficult
especially since a lot of the state names can be the same
which is why the skurry look down works
because it triggers a "finish" fsm state

i love that i put my stuff in unity assetbundles, makes the audio files from 95 MB (only raw audio files) to 10.4 MB (Audio, Sprites, Scenes, etc.)

It's not so much the not earning it part. I don't care so much about the people who got the skins and who wanted to feel exclusive, even though it does sting a little. What bothers me is creators who put a lot of work into making something they were really proud of, and who decided they wanted to make it a little bit exclusive or to make a fun challenge out of it, only to have someone rip their hard work from them. I don't know if you read what poppy said, but one of the skin creators will stop making skins because of this. That breaks my heart. How vain someone has to be to be so inconsiderate and lowly.

my strategy was to start with full soul and alternate between nail and soul to get in as much damage as possible

QoL doesn't have anything to do with saves, but it shouldn't make mechanical changes

It's so instant. I play so well through the whole trial and then I get 1-2 seconds of attempts before he follows the sheik fair trajectory straight to the ground

The hollow point update is cool but I wish you could have an option to use the old ammo system or the new one
i might add some global jsons for that
also wdym, ammo system still uses the soul gauge
Like you can heal and use spells without the need of adrenaline
while the ammo stays at a set amount
think it was 22 before?
adrenaline works the same way as soul, just easier to accumulate
and if youre on full adrenaline, you get to be able to keep healing as you keep damaging enemies
i did it to promote being aggressive
but yeah i might still need to tweak it

as you cant heal at the start

the medium ranged ones gets some soul on hit

the idea was, it costs 10 soul to shoot, but if you hit you gain 5 back, so that means theoretically youll shoot more if you hit your shots instead of blindly firing and hitting nothing
for what its worth, i did add quality of life stuff like your shots not consuming soul shortly after killing someone

then you gain health

yeah its currently experimental, i can probably make an option for an classic mode

that way i won't have to recolor every single knight sprite
