(I'll also speak on Lords)

Regular:
After it attacks, you have enough time to hit her once or twice. Or you can jump ontop and spam down slashes. They have an upwards attack, but it's not usually gonna hit you, if they even remember to use it

Flying:
The attack is pretty small, so as long as you've wits, you should be fine. Just like any other flying enemy. You can pogo, jump and slash up, or just fight dramatically

They have 3 attacks; pounce on you from above, dash across the arena, or throw a wind blade

When she pounces:
Literally just move to the side. Don't even need to dash. Then turn around and punish

When she dashes:
Jump over her (you can also pogo if you want), then try to chase and punish

When she throws:
It'll either be low and swoop up or vice versa. Her height on the wall will correspond with which one it is, which also tells you when to jump to avoid it
