• uppercut: dash away from grimm and heal (u may need to take an extra step in the direction u dashed)

• flame pillars: start healing once the final pillar appears

• cloak spikes: quickly move to a safe spot and heal (not super consistent and relies heavily on reaction time)

• dive dash: go to a corner of the arena, jump off the edge, dash through grimm then heal (a bit tricky to do and generally not worth it)

• pufferfish: anticipate it happening, go to a corner and heal.

note that this is all without any charms. with quick focus/unn u can heal multiple times in these opportunities
