Lizards: aim for the mouth to kill or get behind them and stab rather than throw. This is done by throwing and picking up point blank
Or hit them in the tail as they fall. This will pin them to walls.

Scavs: same thing but from any range. Dangerous because of groups and their own spears, use choke points and angles.

Vultures: same as lizard stabbing, but tanky enough to force you to run and come back for rounds of stabs.
