I really havent understood what crests mean yet. I have hunter's crest and something new called Reaper's crest.

Reaper's crest changed the default diagonal down strike to something vertical, which is okay, but now I have fewer notches, so I have to get more memory lockets for it.

Perhaps I should just return to hunter's crest? I'm already acclimatized to the lopsided down strike anyway.
