Nine Sols is more linear and story-focused, with a lot of dialogue you need to read to know what’s going on. Also more platforming sections and less boss fights but the ones you do get are really well polished.

The combat is way more refined and requires actual thinking without much reliance on spamming and dashes.

Hades 2 combat was very similar and most meta builds focused solely on dash combo.

The bosses of Hades 2 r arguably better than 1 with much more variety.
