It's also just not about coding, game design is a huge part if not more important
If you know how your game will designed the rest should be fine
In the contrary, you can be an expert at coding and don't know shit about games so it's very likely that your game will not work or be entertaining. Or maybe just extremely niche idk. Game design is what makes us enjoy them for the most part imo
