unity's change is a massive compromise to a myriad of developers and implies that their engine contains spyware. a very large group of developers are already changing their engines and delaying projects, i see no reason why tc wouldn't do the same in order to deliver a safer project

Depends on what you consider a smaller developer. The dev needs to earn more than 200k per year per game, and the game needs to have been downloaded more than 200k times. It only affects very very popular titles and mid-to-high revenue devs. For small indie devs it's only an upgrade (from a 100k yearly revenue threshold to 200k)

Tainted Cain is a character added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. He is the alternate version of Cain.
