i'm having some issues with the Lightbringer mod, some of the shortcuts aren't breaking, like the one to the left of the Colosseum that brings you to City of Tears or the one from Deepnest to Faungal Wastes. idk if this is intended or a bug

Getting framework errors when trying to open the modinstaller, apparently it's being denied access to AU.exe, though running as administrator and reinstalling doesn't work. Is it a problem with NET itself? Oh, and NET is at it's newest version already (4.7.2). Worth noting is that whenever it is reinstalled it does manage to detect and update outdated mods that are already installed, but once it's trying to bring up the actual API is when the issue starts.

oh mick, the issue with shortcuts isn't just with lightbringer, it also happened while playing with charmoverhaul and redwing mods so i think the issue is on my side but idk what
i tried uninstalling reinstalling both the game and the mods
nothing seemed to fix it
and it started happening earlier in playthroughs as well

oh but there is something with charmoverhaul
it says soul eater cost is reduced to 3 but in game it's still 4
besides that mods are pretty fun

I tried using the Enemy HP Bar mod (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1y5YgWgqNi53_VpkYZdPZO5UKxsmUmmWZ), but my app crashes on most area changes in game.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Okay, one of my mods is causing a problem where the Knight either randomly gets a short boost upwards or is thrown downwards randomly while in the air.

but benches are only 3 rooms away from a boss at most

I disabled everything besides randomizer and more saves and it still happened. If its a problem with the save itself then whatever I guess

I assumed I needed the installer so I got it, but otherwise trying to find a readme or process guide I couldn't find it so I asked as a triple check.
Yeah I have, I downloaded 3 mods, only 1 has a readme, but knowing to initially download the installer is what I did not know to do from a time I tried in the past.
Just use the same installer you had before then
To use the readme, you have to click install
Then you can read it
Clicking install downloads the mod, which has the readme with it
No what I mean is a long time ago the installer was never a thing, and then rando had come out but I hadn't gotten it until now. I didn't know there was a new installer to use, so trying to initially find direction for it seemed a bit hit or miss even when going through the pins, since I'm not even familiar with what API means so as a misc installer I didn't know what it would even do for me. I downloaded it anyways but asked while I did it incase it wasn't the right thing to do, and when I had it downloaded in the folders the readme covered only a couple things that were already self evident, and then of the 3 mods I installed only 1 had an actual readme (EnemyHPBars) so it was a little odd. Going to boot up the game and see how things work, sorry for any confusion from my part.
The API replaces a key file for the game that allows mods to dock with the game
Also, the mods have descriptions and summaries here

Hi, is there a mod that lets me triple jump or have moon gravity?
I'm doing a randomized run and got stuck on city of tears, i have monarch wings and crystal heart, so i can move pretty much everywere
but I can't exit city of tears.
can't access the main entrance cause the door locked and w.o. mantis claws i can't crawl out
can't access the zone with cornifer because in the part above Lemm there is a jump you just can't do with out mantis claws, I've tried everything.
there is no other room i can access and I was dumb and benched next to best boy quirrel and now I'm stuck

I remember before the godmaster update using a save manager which was an java executable. It would open an interface to check/unceck skills, edit geo and life, notch slots and notch slot costs and some other stuff I may be forgetting. Do you happen to know if there is something simnilar for godmaster?

Hello, recently i found this discord after trying to install the CustomKnight mod and failing to make it work properly. i did exactly as i was told. used the modinstaller.exe, waited for it to download, clicked on install CustomKnight and this is where i started getting problems. right after it was done installing, an error message popped up saying it could not access "HUD.png" in the Tmp folder because it was in use (it wasn't). I decided to try moving on, and so i pasted the Grimmknight sprites in the customknight mod folder that was created. Every tutorial i saw said that was all, so i opened my game to see if it worked. Saw the API and mod were installed, but when i loaded a save the sprites were the normal ones. What could i have done wrong? Can anybody help?

Need help. Decided to fuck around with the infinite nothces mod to see what kind of whacky combos I could pull off, and now I can't for the life of me disable it. I installed through the modinstaller, tried disabling it, uninstalling it, uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing works. Anybody could shed any lights? Thanks in advance

So... Im back. I used the save editor, and my max notches are set to 69420. I tried making it 11 again, but it doesn't stays. I save it in the editing, and when I open up again its back to 69k
I tried editing other values (such as Geo) and it works, doesnt revert back. Only notches go back to that amount
if you try saving it as switch file it'll be in plaintext
and you can search for notches
edit it, then you can load that with the editor and save as a normal file

the issue isn't with the fsmviewer, the c# version of the library is throwing an error

now vs won't debug it because a. you don't have any debug symbols but b. even if I gave them to you they would be hardcoded for the paths on my computer
so just compile the library, and copy both the AssetsTools.NET.dll and AssetsTools.NET.pdb into fsmview_sugar
I'm gonna get back to hw but if you need any help I'll answer it when I get back

and if you're not making good use of moresaves, I'd get rid of that one too

But the boss name and HoG statue says Daughter of Hallownest
The mods seem to have a problem as a whole
