They either throw the discs fast or slow.
If they throw them fast, you can heal and then jump over them.
If they throw them slow, you can heal in the middle and they will cross close above you (though this is a bit more tricky)||

||for the colosseum generally charms that only affect the nail like range increase or qslash or something aren't great. Instead, you want to focus primarily on spells and nailarts.
So charms like shaman stone nailmaster's glory, spell twister or soul catcher are all awesome. Healing is also super important so feel free to add shape of unn or quick focus. Imo shape of unn is much stronger for the colosseum but chose whatever you want||

Thirdly, it is about your main strat with the fight. If you let yourself get cornered and one is right in front of you starting its attack, you are unlikely to have a fair chance of dodging it. Therefore, just prevent getting cornered||

second phase just dodge and hit isnt too hard
