here is hiow it works ||lets say you just got dmg nullified by that charm, so now the counter resets to 0 and no matter what it will not activate just after that so no 2 nullifications in a row, but once oyu get hit you get 10% chance and it goes up with each hit you take upto 7 hits, its guranteed on 7th hit if you have not recieved it till then||
but working with percentage and probabilities you will most likely get it once every 4.5ish hits i,e 4-5 hits

so consider one hit nullified after every 4 or 5 hits

and i hate how disconnected i’ve become from everything like i’ll see messages from friends and i’ll stare at them knowing i care about them but not feeling anything in the moment like my emotions are delayed or just muted and i don’t want them to think i’m ignoring them on purpose but it’s hard to explain that my brain just doesn’t process things normally anymore like i’ll read something funny and know it’s funny but not laugh or i’ll see something sad and know i should feel sad but it just bounces off me like i’m emotionally flatlined

and every once in a while i’ll get this weird burst of clarity where i realize how bad it’s gotten like i’ll look around my room and it’s a mess i’ll look at myself and realize i haven’t really been taking care of myself i’ll think about how long it’s been since i genuinely felt happy or even okay and it hits me all at once like holy shit what happened to me when did i stop trying when did i stop being me and then after that brief moment of realization it’s like my brain goes “anyway” and just goes right back into autopilot again like nothing happened

and i guess that’s what this is just one of those moments where i actually noticed how bad it’s gotten and i needed to dump it somewhere before i lose the nerve to say anything again i’m not even sure what i want from writing all this i just needed to not keep it inside for once because it’s getting too heavy to carry around all the time and if someone reads this and relates maybe at least it means i’m not completely alone in it because honestly that’s what it feels like most days
