||don't try healing randomly just hoping for the best. Use opportunities when she is dashing far away or doing her silk circle attack thing. When she staggers (is stunned) you can also easily heal a bit.
I also recommend using a lot of vengeful spirit. I know, you want to keep the soul for healing, but since the spell does a lot of damage, you wanna use that as well||

If you keep that in mind the boss won't be too complicated.
He later gains the shockwave attack but you can just dash through that or, if it's on cooldown, also use dive||

||healing is super important on other bosses. Just... not really great on this one. It's possible but it's just less effective than playing aggressively for this boss.
For like almost every other boss I recommend healing tho. Not "healing too much" where you just always try to heal and hope for the best, but using the consistent heal opportunities each boss gives you||

If you don't wanna use nailarts strength, shaman, qslash, grimmchild is an option but variations are probably better. You'll probably want more soul so catcher + grubsong would be good instead of qslash. Generally nailarts are preferable tho||

this is the main advice for the fight I have:
||You generally want to hit sly once or twice in between each one of his attacks and then get back to dodging. Keep on alternating between that. Don't be too greedy going for 3 or more.
You can heal when he staggers and on his triple slash with the jump at the end or his normal jump attack. To heal on those you need to have the right distance to him to not get hit without being too far away.
When he spins you can just stay on a wall.
Whenever ur in the air and don't know how to get down you can dive.||

That's a great build for pretty much any pantheon and almost every boss.
There are technically better builds for sly especially considering nailarts but since you're doing the whole pantheon and this is the best one overall I recommend this||

||well, if you're not using nailarts then that's actually still the best probably. You could use quick focus instead of really any of the three but that'd likely make it worse.
