||when they do the boomerang attack there's two versions, low to high or high to low. both will give you enough time to heal if you're standing on the side. low to high -> jump over it and heal, or high to low -> heal and jump over it. that's the only attack in every phase where you can heal consistently I think||

So the only thing it really does is save you in case you get hit while healing. You don't even get the heal or the soul back. And it doesn't happen super often. Since you didn't get the heal you'll have to try again and pray not to get hit. And since you lost some soul you might even have to hit the enemy before being able to do so as well||

||It just takes practice with boss patterns, you can try upgrading your nail if you still haven’t done so. You can dodge it’s run attack by hiding just under the ledge||

mkay so @humble trail ||you tend to stay stacked a lot with nosk as i saw, you utilize very little all of the openings and i'd say you need a bit more boss knowledge in general||

||stay close to him, dont try to heal, and he only uses his orange frisbees when ur far from him, so now he only has 3 attacks: horizontal charge which u can jump over, jump slam which u can move away or towards him like do anything except for stay still and u dodge that, and the shockwave which u have to ddark or shade cloak, so u can shade cloak al of his attacks, and u can get in attacks between every one of his attacks too||
