that's the issue, you don't know what to actually do in the fight, sure you can throw yourself and pray you get good rng but that's gonna take a while

I'll just give you the moveset and the appropriate reactions
||dash: he'll spawn near the floor on one of the sides of the arena and slowly move towards you, jump and pogo while moving towards where he is coming from then as soon as you're at his head level turn around and vengeful spirit

dive: he'll spawn above you and dive down, hold a direction and dash and keep moving, and then once he lands jump over the shockwave

fake dive: if he fakes a dive and you already dashed dw, just jump away wait for him to land and dash back to where he landed (you should be mid-air after he lands

orb: he'll spawn in 1 of four locations on the arena, wait 1 second and dash towards him and hit him
