Well first off, you can definitely leave them be for some time
Revisiting old areas, like ||crystal peaks, soul sanctum, doing questlines like seer’s will give you more goodies to be better prepared for the boss||
You need to be careful with your heals, ||you can reliably get one heal if both knights do a rolling attack (either variation) but not more than once and not outside of that
Using spells (all of them but dive in particular is a great way to get more damage and hit both knights at the same time)
You should avoid pogoing and try to stay grounded, dashing away if they do a nail swing
It’s also very important that you stay centered, corners are really bad)||
