If you have lower level nail it will take more hits to kill the boss therefore more staggers

hey guys i decided to go back and play hk again, didnt know where i was (||it was crystal area||), found a ||crystal dude sitting on a bench|| and got my ass beat
im gonna send a ss of my charms in a second but id like to know how i could go about beating it

||for this boss it's important not to panic. It basically just jumps, shoots lasers and summons lasers from the ceiling. So don't jump or dash around too much. Just position yourself next to it and deal as much damage as possible. Look out for the lasers from above though they should never be too big of an issue if you play carefully. Whenever it shoots a laser just jump and dash over it.
On top of that it doesn't have a lot of hp either so the fight will be over rather quickly||

||compass, for battle, is entirely useless so get rid of that. Thorns as well are very bad and probably hurt you more than they help. Steady body can be extremely nice if you're used to it especially for this fight so I'd keep that. And mark of pride is also not very good if you have better options.
This early on spells are super strong so I recommend focusing on them. So add shaman stone and spell twister. Both are very good charms.||

||the best build generally is a mix between nail and spells. So Strength, qslash, shaman as a baseline pretty much always.
Then for the last two not he's you can add whatever you like (I don't recommend sharp shadow). I personally find steady body and grubsong/nailmaster's glory is a great option. If you don't like that spell twister or soul catcher are both great as well||

You don't really have to worry about ||charms|| and stuff
So just try exploring and get as much Stuff as possible
