||In general it is really helpful to practice the bosses in hog. Remember taht you can swich your loadout in the break rooms, it's very helpful. And in general, don't give up. Those are really hard challenges.||

||zote is very fast and has a lot of attacks and can summon a bunch of projectiles, so you wont get a chance to heal. most of the time, you want to stay above him, doing pogos, and save ddark for moments when you need iframes. when he summons the balloons, stay away from them. also, don't try to focus killing the minions he spawns unless you have a free moment. most of the time they wont actively chase you and even if they do they mostly get caught in the crossfire from you targetting the boss||

as to answer the question, assuming all gear, ||against nkg shape of unn is valuable for healing, particularly during the flame pillars attack as you can get off several heals in that attack to drastically improve survivability, quick focus assists with this due to increased shape of unn move speed as well as faster healing. some people have had success with sharp shadow though I haven't bothered using it in that fight, standard good dps charms are good like strength (fragile won't break in the dream if you haven't upgraded it yet)||

It sounds like a ||markoth problem more than a gpz|| problem imo
First off, play it safe, ||nail arts|| are amazing at hitting him without putting yourself in danger, but that does mean that you can be attacking him constantly, as sometime, he will just be in a bad position for you to be able to hit him, second off, ||shriek should not be used, use shade soul instead, unless you see the perfect shriek opportunity you are likely to not hit the whole spell, maybe take damage in the process, so going for double hit shade souls is definitely more worth it, using that you can make the second phase really short
Thirdly health, in pantheons he only has 680 health, that is actually really small, phase two only has 340, that is 4 double hit shade souls, so the tldr is, as long as you have ressources (either health or soul) the fight will be quick, as you can either trade health for damage and damage tank, or trade soul for 80 free damage, that said if either one of your ressources gets low then it is a big problem
So the absolute 100% consistent strat to beat markoth is to get very good at soul tyrant, and using the 4 lifeblood you get at the bench right before, that way you can somewhat easily get into markoth with full soul and maybe more than your max health
And then you use something like heart to get even more ressource and you simply beat the boss with sheer numbers ||

||I like to take it slow on the spit attack. dont worry about damage when it does it. dash away and try to stand it a spot that wont get hit. other than that youre looking pretty good||

||ddark mostly helps with the roll attack. sure it can help with the spit but its less reliable imo. ||
