Let’s focus on gpz|| for now
First and foremost you wanna be practicing both bosses in the ||hall of gods as much as possible
Gpz is a particular case as you have markoth right before it, which you can easily leave with low soul/health

so you wanna be able to beat gpz in the hall of gods with as much as you started at, to make sure you are able to fight them even if on low health||

||Practice her in the Hall of Gods
Make sure to Use a Good Charm build and Practice Pure vessel with that charm build cause you need to beat both of them with the same charm build
For P1 just use Abyss shriek and save your Shadow Dash for the pillar of Light and make sure to use DDark if you think you're gonna get Hit
For P2 don't chase AbsRad and wait for her to teleport near you
And I say you should Stay on the 4 middle Platforms and use the Middle down platform as a shield for the flying Balls
For P3 Just pogo off her and send the balls Upwards out of the screen and you should be fine||

There is no real perfect solution for ||zote, you need to respect the fact that, if he just finished an attack, he may just start walking forward
Usually you avoid that by preemptively walking away
When he summons explody zotes I tend to just use ddark for the iframes as it gets really messy
Ddark is also really useful when he does the flail attack
Ddark is also really useful when he does a big jump and goes offscreen, you can catch him just as he lands which makes you dodge the big shockwaves and lets you pummel them while they are standing back up||

If it wasn’t clear enough
||Ddark|| is good against zote

By the way, every time you use ||spells ||you should absolutely use the "||quick cast||" key and not the "focus" key
Using the correct key makes the ||spell|| activate like half a second earlier, which you don’t want to miss out on

ironically, i do sometimes have the occasional issue with getting hit in that one (not enough to die in any normal instance) because i'm sometimes not good at being a metronome. the laziest and safest way for that one that i found was ||grubberfly's elegy for security, quick slash makes it even easier, and then boost damage with strength||

Doing 12 bindings make it 4
16 makes it 5
20 gives you acces to a really secret place
Doing all 4 bindings at once gives a shiny cosmetic glow
Also before you do panthein5 all bindings if you do p5 hitless it makes the central gem between bindings glow ||
