You should stay on the ||ground as all time, trying to follow him and hit him
When he lasers, you jump above him (maybe jump and dash) and start hitting him from behind, rince and repeat
You can also just jump to dodge his laser, which you may be forced to do if he both spawns lasers from above and shoots sideways||
