You seem to get hit mostly by the ||spike attack. It's a bit difficult to get used to but you shouldn't move when the attack appears. If you jump around aimlessly and move hectically you'll just end up getting hit. Try to stand completely still as soon as the attack appears and then just do a slight movement at the end right before the spikes appear in case there is one below you and don't move at all if there isn't one below you. really try to learn not moving at all even if on the first few attempts you'll just stand there and tank the hit that's still better than panicking at the last second||

Ok, ||For Pufferfish, just dodge it. For his dash flare dive, just DDive through it. For Flame Bats, jump above him before the first bat comes out (or else you’ll be hit, and then dive. For the Fire Pillars you can hit him sideways, hit him from under, then go behind him, hit him, and then dash though him, and the shoot a Shade Soul at him. Hopefully the images help out||

There are many ways you could head that would lead you to new stuff. Since we don't know what you have and haven't done yet we can't specifically tell you what to do.
