||I don't really know how to help with you taking multiple consecutive hits. If there is a specific attack that you struggle to avoid then I could help with that. Generally if you get overwhelmed and are gonna take a lot of damage always use descending dark for the invincibility and dash to get out of there||

If AbsRad appears on the platform you're on right now, spam Descending Dark, that's pretty much the only way to dodge reliably if she uses Sword Burst or Beam Burst. Make as small jumps as possible to dodge the Orbs - that makes them hit the platforms around you and disappear. Otherwise, treat everything as you would in phase 1. Treat the Void as you would the spikes – better to lose one mask than two. You can use Descending Dark to get there faster and to nullify the risk of getting hit on the way down.||

so just quick advice for both bosses:
||- for god tamer pogo the beast and use descending dark whenever you can. You only need to kill the beast for the fight to end. The beast doesn't have an attack that goes up so you are safe pogoing. The only real threat is the tamer jumping at you. That can easily be avoided by doing a small double jump or dash to avoid it and then continue pogoing.

• for Grimm I recommend using nail arts. All three of them are really strong and deal a ton of damage. If you have the time I would go with cyclone if the attack is quick you can go with dash or great slash. Other than that it's good to know when you can heal. You can heal if every attack however some of them are trickier than others. The easiest ones are just healing on staggers, healing when he does the spikes from the ground which can be a lot easier if you have qfocus equipped and jumping over the first two bats that he shoots at you, landing on the ground and starting to heal. The third bat will fly over your head. All of these can be a lot easier if you have shape of unn or qfocus equipped||

strategy: use dash slash/great slash to hit him. dash slash allows you to hit him from a large distance and ignore his shield. save soul for phase 2 and use shade soul to double hit him
position: stay on the right side of the arena, since sword cant go offscreen there. if he flies to the right, go up and loop back around when he leaves. if he comes from the top(i dont think he ever does), exit from the bottom.
ai:hell sometimes float around in the middle of the arena for a very long time. hit him with 1-3 great or dash slashes. hell also traverse the top of the screen in a straight line, hit him with a dash slash.
when to use d/g slash: if hes moving into you, use g slash if the shield is away from you. it has a decent lingering hitbox, so you have a bit of leniency. if hes away from you, use dash slash.
being optimal: hell sometimes move to your side of the arena, you can hit him with a great slash and then evacuate. you can also hit him with 2 dash slashes during his shield spin, once when its going out(shade cloak through the shield, then dash slash), and once when its coming back(dash slash outranges the shield and sword wont spawn for a bit)
other: he wont take knockback if hes hit into a wall or platform.||

||attuned bosses are harder than vanilla counterpart (i.e., outside the pantheons) but that stats of the bosses INSIDE the pantheons will be attuned im pretty sure for every boss. some bosses' arenas are their ascended versions, but attunded stats, like gruz mother or markoth in the pantheons||
