I do know it has a lot of features that unity has since added to the base engine

so while it made sense to use in 2015 (when this game was being built)

not so much now

being completely honest though Unity is in a bit of a mess right now

they're just adding so many systems and new features

and many are just not complete

and contradict other systems

for example there are two Text systems in Unity

the old one

and one they acquired called Text Mesh Pro

to the point where theres literally no reason to use the old one
