2 people dashing on hollow knight will go different distances

because if say the dash lasts 1 second
person A has a frame start at 0.99 seconds and last 0.2seconds, they get a 1.19 second dash
person B has a frame start at 0.9 seconds and last 0.1 seconds, they get a 1second dash

person A goes 20% further

So, I was watching a la mulana rando stream today, and I thought the area connection shuffle was a cool idea, so I went ahead and wrote up complete logic for the same thing in HK

This might be a better starting point for making a room rando prototype as well, since it's only 75 transitions compared to who knows how many in the full logic
