I think Fireball skips are the ones where you use the basic spell instead of the dash, but I'm not certain

all i did was take mola's sprite, changed the cloak to dark blue, found the sprites that had the inner side of the cloak and made that red, and just changed the nail to pure

This was my first "Soulsborne"-like or maybe even my first truly hard game. To give some background, I play video games for the story and atmosphere. My favorite game genre is "games as experience", but my fav list also includes conventional genres, with the Witcher trilogy being atop of all. That being said, I think I can say that, overall, I experienced the Hollow Knight as the developers had intended for me to. I explored all areas, acquired all charms, rescued all grubs, beat most of the optional bosses, reached the first two endings and invested more than 75 hours in it (a huge chunk of which, I believe, was spent on the first Hornet fight and the White Palace). I beat the game and despite finding it really hard, I still enjoyed it a lot. And then I got to the Radiance...
All I can say is that, in my humble opinion, the Radiance fight is a disgrace to this game. It was insanely difficult for me, but unlike any other boss battle in the game, it felt unfair. Maybe it has something to do with my general lack of skills in such games. Maybe it has something to do with me not having a controller and playing on a wireless keyboard, with the associated lag. Maybe my particular charms' combination was unfavorable, although for me, others were worse. Maybe I simply lacked enough patience every single time. But all of it doesn't explain why I spent so many more tries on the Radiance than on the majority of other bosses combined. It was about a hundred attempts.
