yeah, if a horse spawns during a thunderstorm, there is a chance that it will be given the "skeleton trap" tag, which will trigger the event when you are within a certain distant of it

#

Kinda lame how all 4 skeletons are the same. Since they are supposed to be the 4 horsemen, I think 1 should have poison arrows(Pestilence), 1 with flame arrows(War), 1 with hunger arrows(Famine), and 1 with decay arrows(Death).
