Okay so the fundamental plats strategy is to stay on either the top or bottom middle platform (I prefer the top one) and conduct the fight from there. You can easily avoid any attack from there without changing platforms except for orbs where you drop to the bottom plats. Only attack absrad on the middle 6 spawn locations either as normal on the top 3 or using DDark to move to her platform for the bottom 3. Once you are on the same platform as her you can get a bunch of damage then DDark through her attacks to get through the phase fast.
