When a unit can break both ice and lava, the action says "break ice." Ideally, it would say "break ice and lava" instead.

It's a good and valid point.
However, in the game logic: lava is ice - only with a different skinned name. So I'm actually preferring to keep it this way, especially as it's a rare corner case, and because I don't see it cause any major issues.
So for this one, I'll call it "by design" 😁
