Purchases won't restore

I've been playing this game for years at this point, absolutely love it. But I can't restore my Cymanti (or other tribes) purchase even though I have it in my purchase records

Yes, I also went into the google game center thingy and made sure to set the account for that specific game to the correct one just as an extra measure, my purchases still won't restore
