Restore purchases not working.

I purchased all but 2 of the tribes and have 3 stars on all of them, but suddenly I have lost access to them.

I have reinstalled the app several times to no avail

For missing tribes:

1.Make sure you are using the e-mail your bought the tribe with

2. Reinstall (or for Android, clear app data)

3. Open the game from Play Store (for android) or from the App Store for (iOS)

4. Send an e-mail with your game name, e-mail you use for Polytopia, details of the problem, and specs of the device to [e-mail]

You can also DM @median estuary directly. He is the community manager and works for Midjiwan

Yes. Because your tribes and multiplayer games are saved in the server. Any single player games might be lost

First try force-closing and reinstalling the app and restarting your device. If none of those work, Zoythrus can give you additional help.
