since now we have multiple official blueprints - like neutronium pack.
I would wish for a mod in which i can select blueprint and all buildings will default to it.
if a blueprint is not availible then we can add another layer.
say something in the norm of:
use neutronium pack blue prints
if not available use PackA
if not available use PackB
else PackC

so can I ask for this mod to be made kinda fast?
