My take on drecko ranches using adult dreckos leaping behavior to move to the correct stable for repopulation. 1 drecko is kept in reserve as there may be droughts where not many normal dreckos are made.

  • Critter fountain optional, and can be swapped with a grooming station and moved further to the right
  • Shearing station and stable hydrogen top layer in the breeder stable is also optional and constitutes a very small percent of the plastic production
  • Industrial stuff on the right can be anything - just meant to represent space that can be used
  • Excess dreckos provides the necessary cooling for the aquatuner. Shearing room should have enough thermal mass to compensate (200 kg total of hydrogen or about 8kg/tile was ample enough buffer)
  • Glossy dreckos can be used instead, which also means not needing a rail element sensor to filter for drecko eggs. You'll need 8 mealwood plants to compensate
  • Use of only 2-tile high liquid locks makes this accessible to those who haven't mastered waterbending

I'm a little bit confused on what's happening with the shutoff but overall very neat design.

shutoff is used to filter out glossy dreckos from normal dreckos (see the element sensor before hand) the overlays are a touch confusing

Yeah the overlay does make it hard to tell what drecko it's specifying

So the reserve area is like a fully automatic critter dropoff
