Title. Like regular conveytor rails, but they explicitly exchange as much heat with the surroundings as possible. And you might as well throw in Insulated Rails as well. Though, I guess in terms of physics, what's actually changing is the little boxes the items are shipped in... People use rails for cooling volcanos and stuff all the time. The ability to actually purpose-make a system for that instead of relying on the generic would make it a lot more efficient.

A lot of this depends on the actual item being transported, so it's not completely straightforward, but a bonus to cooling or insulation sounds possible.
