Any prereadings? Probably most of the Rebirth Batman stuff and Infinite Frontier. You can probably just infer most of the important information about what happened earlier though.

But basically
At some point in Infinite Frontier, Arkham Asylum is no more and some time earlier Two Face became a good guy again

The way the comic is split up in "acts" is pretty cool as well
