So the lore I have for her atm is that she’s (unsurprisingly) a hydra experiement but not rlly like bucky. Not a weapon but much more like another “superhero”, someone who can control crowds of people and enforcing rules to keep them in line. I’m contemplating between her being a volunteer for the experiment or another kidnapped person like Bucky. Anywho this was originally an oc insert w Bucky but I decided yk what? Give her to Sam
