Aloha, my team's substitute yeffoca has been unable to accept the invite to UH Esports for qual 2 with an error saying that the team is full, despite being correctly invited as a sub. If we could get any help resolving this, that would be greatly appreciated.

should be good but to make sure their account is linked you need to go to Manage Registration -> Update Registration (small blue text) and ensure both qualifiers have an account linked with them along with the info we need filled out (and don't forget to hit submit).
