Anyone know how to fix my “account inactive and may not log” on epic games / rl

But for what reason cuz I just asked them to return my items cuz I had been hacked and they said they would make my account inactive cuz they don’t think I’m the owner of the account

I appealed back to them and they said I’m not allowed to go back on the account cuz I’m “not the owner”

Is there any other way of getting my account back?
