@pastel viper I recommend going fast up onto the ceiling, but not touch the curve. Instead, try to jump from the wall onto the ceiling, since then you can fall sooner while still having that unlimited flip. From there, leave it as late as you want to actually do the flip

Like Catman said, as long as all 4 wheels touch an object (be it the ground, another player, the wall, ball, ceiling, etc), and you leave the surface without jumping, you will have an indefinite flip

It is an actual macro. I got sick of doing stalls manually cuz the Steam controller input lag isn't consistent for buttons vs analogue stick, but it's stupidly easy on kb+m...

imo ceiling shots are effective in game. situations where your opponent is in net you have a wall opportunity and usually if your consistent you can be fast and they won't expect it, but to each their own

@pastel viper Towards the end, just before you're about to hit it, you noticed you were slightly off and had to correct yourself+boost at the last second, else you would've hit it at the wrong angle. That's what I mean by wobbly. It's nothing bad, but practicing reads is important to be confident to hit these kinds of shots with minimal boost in an actual game

just a tip; when you get your flip reset press air roll as soon as you get it thats what makes your car stay near the ball

and you wanna practice getting control of the ball after your reset; being able to get a few touches on the ball or just being able to align your car for a good touch after getting your flip makes it much more harder to saave

like if you watch my clip you can see after i get my reset i align my car attempting to just get a really strong powerful touch (it didn't work very well) and was able to double tap it

when your going on the ceiling instead of just driving, try jumping off the wall and landing on the ceiling so your car falls off faster, that way you dont have to jump

For plat1, that's not too bad. Decent form, just an unfortunate shot. However, even if one of those do go in, I wouldn't celebrate just yet... Getting consistent with even basic ceiling shots like that take time and require you to have a good amount of aerial car and ball control.

Since you're on PC, I HIIIIIIIGHLY recommend the Steam Workshop map "Speed Jump: Boost" by DMC. Excellent map for practicing aerial car control and boost management while flying, so you can do things like this in an actual game ^-^ @sage escarp

The problem with mechanics while still low-ranked, is that you lose time to train other skills, like ground play, "basic" aerials and all. While other are getting used to, you are not, at you will not be able to place any mechanic at a higher tier.

@queen sapphire Yeah i still think it's better then resetting at kickoff not you don't do shit, Nah m8 you've trained to do it. It's just that getting the ball from kickoff is the part I find annoying getting it off the wall isn't too bad, but following it is also a problem for me.
