After completing the registration process, the signup page reloads as if nothing has happened. I've tried with different emails and usernames assuming there is some filter not liking my typical username, but there is no feedback at all that any error is occurring.
Signing in with a different account works fine though

if devs see this, I believe this is an issue with hcaptcha, good luck. i can provide details if you want, but i found away around this bug

i think i was wrong about hcaptcha, i was aware of a regression that had just happened around that time
but anyway, issues were on both mobile safari and desktop safari, when i tried chrome i got through
other possibly relevant thing i use apples private relay
form fields were empty after the form submitted
i started by trying to sign up through takex3 mobile app on ios, but it was the same problem in regular ios safari and desktop safari too
