Hello, I cannot challenge bots like boris trapsky or any others since a few days, could someone help me fix that ?

In what way do you notice that you aren't able to challenge bots?
It seems I'm able to challenge bots with the app on android.
I open the app (I'm signed in), I open the Players screen (top right icon), I click the More>-button next to Online bots and scroll to charibot and click on it, I see settings and a Challenge button at the bottom.
Do you get as far as that? Or did something already go wrong?
As I don't want to start a game against charibot, I choose Rated and click Challenge and I get a message "Challenge declined. Please send me a casual challenge instead.".

Hello and thank you for you answer, i get to open any bots game settings but the challenge bot button is greyed out (not sure this is a word) for every bot. I can send a screenshot if this is not clear.

Oh, I see. Hmm, I don't know which reasons exists for the button to get greyed out.
But I can make it greyed out too,
If I for instance have "Minutes per side: 0" and "Increment in seconds: 0".

Yes but it's not and I tried changing these and it does not change anything

Another way I can get the Challenege button greyed out, is if I choose Variant: From Position, and not entering a position.

Well since you are here is there a way to do just that ? Challenge one of those bots from a position ?
Because i tried that to train some specific openings, that's why the setting was on actually

I know charibot accepts such challenges. It is up to the selected bot to, after you've sent the challenge, either accept the challenge, or respond that it doesn't support it, or if the bot isn't implemented "nicely" it could maybe just be quiet - waiting forever...
So it should be a matter of choosing a valid from-position. I have never tried with the app, only via web. But since there's UI in the app for choosing a position, I assume it is possible.
