I, personally, have gotten a bunch of (automated) warnings for both sandbagging (when I had bad mental health days and resigned early, at very small inconveniences or after playing bullte recklessly, eg 1.d4 g6 2.Bh6) and boosting (when I played the same friend over and over and won bc she was a beginner at the time), but nothing further came of it
