As has alread been pointed out, no public shaming please. If you think someone may be cheating report it on the main site. If you already have, then let the process run its course

Well either (a) it's still being looked at, (b) lichess didn't agree with you or (c) action has been taken short of a ban, which you wouldn't see. In any case, it's a matter between the user and lichess. It isn't discussed in public.
