now, i know that the discord server says this isn't a server to appeal a ban, but lichess support has been ghosting me not telling me even why i got my account closed in the first place. i have recently come back to lichess to see what rating i would be in lichess. i tried making a account and turned out i had one. i logged in played around 10 games or 15 and logged out. the next day i tried coming back to lichess, to play more, i see a message saying that my account was closed without even telling me why. now, i know that in the contact lichess its telling me to just appeal it and say the reason why, but like i said, i dont even know for what i got banned. and like i said, lichess support wont tell me. i hope this isnt going to get deleted since im just freaking out for days because i dont even know why i got banned.

i came back to say what they told me, they just told me 2 other accounts which i never heard of in my entire life. the names are: mohamedbirdf4 mohamed_2011.
which my name isn't even mohamed , and when i replied saying: what? i never heard of those accounts. how did u get these accounts are mine? they told me: we have our methods and don't believe im being honest. and told me to wait 6 months to appeal it again.
