I was going over the list of players I've blocked, where I found a lot of players whose accounts are closed or have violation of ToS mark on their account. I decided to unblock all of them so I can keep track of the small amount of players who are active and I've still blocked them.
But after a while, whenever I clicked the "Blocked" button (to unblock), it doesn't do anything. I reloaded the page, but it still shows the player as Blocked. What should I do about this?

It's possible the other player may have some comms restriction so you can't unblock them because it's at their end.
