Move automatically withdrawing itself

I played a move but the move automatically withdrew itself as if I had not played the move and showed that I had spent time on the clock. Also, it showed that I was offline when I was clearly online playing the game.

Probably you weren’t connected to the server when you played the move. Your phone thought you were then the server told your phone you hadn’t moved and took the move back
