Hello, when I created my account 6 years ago. I didn't think of the Username and just took the name of the brand of the water bottle that stood close to me. Now I started streaming and am fearing that it is not ok to have a brand name as username. In this case, can Lichess change my Username and not just capital letters? Or do I have to create a new account, notify my friends on the old account and after that close the old account? Thank you.

No, lichess can’t change it even if we wanted too. So creating a new account might be the best option
The name change restriction is for technical reasons

I have a tournament running within the Chess Dojo, I'm registered with my old username, will have that account until that tournament is over in about 2 months.
It is a 7rd weekly classical tourney
