In my match I have this issue, but maybe is not.
The thing is that it end the game because triple repetition.

But as far as I know the position must be identical, and that means without capturing a piece or denying castling or capturing en passant. In this particular case my oponent take a pawn on g2 on the first move, so if that rule is true this is a mistake and therefore a bug. If not, sorry for wasting your time :D

I think you compere the FEN, rather then the move. So yeah, that's a correct threefold I belive

But on the first one is capturing a pawn. So is not identical I think.

Two positions are by definition "the same" if the same types of pieces occupy the same squares, the same player has the move, the remaining castling rights are the same and the possibility to capture en passant is the same. The repeated positions need not occur in succession.
