On a random puzzle https://lichess.org/training/GYF0E I got the move wrong, however the site bugged and did not allow me to go to next puzzle, when I refreshed page the site registered it as if I have never done it in the first place and after solving it correctly I got points.

Note happened again and it seems to have something to do with keeping the tab opened on the puzzle for a while
